Our boot camp is designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle and improve performance. This boot camp is not designed to be easy. It is designed to be effective. However parts of the boot camp will be made easier for clients who are not so fit and more difficult for clients who are very fit. You will be worked out to the best of your abilities. This is not your normal fitness class where you come in and lollygag. You’re on this site because you need to be pushed. Anyone of any fitness level can benefit from this boot camp, but make no mistake this boot camp caters to people who are dedicated to working hard and driven by the desire to reach there fitness goals. Our trainers will help you with the motivation and walk you through the steps, but when you walk through our double doors you will be expected to workout to the best of your abilities. No laziness or complaining allowed here.
Our boot camp will help you to lose weight, become stronger, more energetic, look better and feel better. Our boot camp is tough and will be a real grind. You’ll be doing exercises that you’ve never even heard of before, and all exercises and workouts that we use are proven to get results. There will be a lot of high intensity interval training, circuit training, core training and a rest before and after the boot camp, but as long as you have the will to get through 45 minutes of hard work you will be proud that you did it.
